The Bonedigger is a blog I started in 2015. It’s a slow start, because I have a lot of irons in the fire. The blog focuses on anatomy, issues surrounding death investigation and the death industry in general.
As for my bio, I worked as the Interim Coroner in Albany County, WY from July 2014 to January 2015. Before that, I worked for four years as a deputy coroner and then Chief Deputy coroner in the same county.
My educational background is a BA in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming which I received in 2007. I received my diplomate certification from the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators (D-ABMDI) in June of 2013. I am also a member of the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners.
I have always been deeply fascinated by science and anatomy, as well as driven to the creative arts. I am working to combine those passions with this blog, as well as my handmade venture, AnatoMake Artisanworks.
Finally, my husband and I own a vape shop, Steam Vapour Co., here in Laramie, WY.
